Held each Thursday from 1:00 – 2:15 this is a gathering of Caregivers who share their experiences and receive advice and support from others in the group if they request it. Participants sit in a circle and take turns sharing their experiences over the last week. This informal setting leads to friendly discussion and a free exchange of ideas and advice. Everyone gets a chance to speak. Most participants come regularly every week and find the sessions to be important, albeit informal, therapy. Friendships are made and group support is a positive element. Newcomers are always welcome.
